  • Chat Services for WebSites

    As part of our service enhancement we are only supporting the Web Site Chat services for users on the Small Business Package. If you are currently using this service you will find that your chat buttons will no longer work after 16th July 2009.

  • HelpDesk Update

    There will be a small update to the helpdesk software. This is to correct a few minor issues but to add the ability to reply to the e-mails generated by the help desk and automatically get the information appended to your help desk ticket.

  • Issue with VOIP Trunks

    Users may be seeing some issues with calls on lon-pbx-7. Our server admin team are restarting this server now and we will update once it is stable. We apologise for any problems this is causing
