We are extremely pleased to announce the release of the new managed client service.

This is an additional FREE….that’s right FREE…option for all those silver and gold subscribers.

This service does not apply to customers who have taken support for Windows Home Server. All Windows Home Servers are managed by the staff at SiTs and require no intervention.

To add your PC to the new managed PC client service then please download the managed client patch. You need only run this file once on each PC which is supported by the CareFree support packages. (you must run this at admin level)

We have finally taken the plunge and all all users to subscribe to our popular support via direct debit.

We will be approaching all current customers asking them to sign up directly to the direct debit scheme.

Stafford IT Services Online Shop

At Stafford IT Services we have a new remote support utility. We are just in the process of rolling out. The first set of clients were updated this week and we will continue to push out more clients. If you are a CareFree Subscriber then you will be receiving upgrade instructions shortly.

As part of the updating process of the web site we have a brand new banner at the top of the web site which changes context depending on the site you are on. Watch out for it.

There is a brand new CareFree subscribers web site online now. It can be used as a central location for CareFree Subscribers to find tools and help guides.

There's a new feed available for Stafford IT Service offers. This new feed combines all the Online shop and services offers feeds into one new RSS feed.

We have implemented a new direct chat client on our web site. Look out for the

button on our site at key points on the main web site.

We are in the process of improving our helpdesk system. The new facilities are just great.

• You can now e-mail a support query in to support@carefreesupport.co.uk and you can log a new call very quickly
• You will shortly be able to access the helpdesk from your mobile phone

These are just a couple of the new features coming soon.
