Our appologies for our issue with the telephone lines. This was tracked to an issue with our wholesale supplier. This has now been corrected.

There will be a small update to the helpdesk software. This is to correct a few minor issues but to add the ability to reply to the e-mails generated by the help desk and automatically get the information appended to your help desk ticket.

All customers should be aware that we are currently experiencing capacity issues. We have lost one of the lines into the VOIP hosting facilities. We are working with our provider to get this fixed as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as we have more information.
